Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec I have grown to love the long and chilly winters marked by Apres Ski’s, playing cards by the fire, while eating rich and cozy braised beef dishes. My obsession for cooking and tasting stemmed from my family’s love of food and their curiosity for trying new things. Growing up in a “anyone and their dog is welcomed at our table” sort of household, I began to help my parents host dinners many nights a week. I am happiest when I get to bring my favourite people together and these recipes reflect that love for sharing the dinner table.
Having been a home cook for over a decade and studied at Le Cordon Bleu (…yes yes Julia went there too), I have acquired such an appreciation for new flavours, recipes and the art of entertaining. I’m curious to a fault and will tweek and re- create a recipe until I have it perfected. Each one of these recipes has been meaningful to me since I was able to share them with my family and friends and I hope you will do the same!
